ATTITUDES CONCERNING RELATIONSHIPS
8 questions:
Ask yourself, not your mate:
- 1) Where is my passion?
- 2) Where is my excitement?
- 3) Where are my desires?
- 4) Where is my motivation?
- 5) Where is my joy?
- 6) Where are my expressions?
- 7) Where is my communication?
- 8) Where is my rejoicing?
Question 1: Where is my passion?
Passion should stem from the unconditional love you possess, starting with God. The greater the passion you have for your higher power, the greater the passion you will have for one another.
Question 2: Where is my excitement?
There are times that relationships may seem stagnant. This is a great opportunity to go within and see why your relationship with God has ceased growing. When you have lost the excitement or, I would say, your conscious tools, find them, because when the excitement is not there for each other, you have disconnected to your higher power. This is a perfect time to experience spiritual growth within and with your relationship.
Question 3: Where are my desires?
Desires of the physical body are only as great as the conditioning of the Spiritual Being. So it would be wise to keep constant conditioning with the Spiritual. The stronger or higher the frequency of the Spiritual Body, amazing things happen with the physical body. Desires will come through the Spiritual first, then the physical.
Question 4: Where is my motivation?
What motivates you? The answer should always be Love. Nothing other than Love keeps your motives in check. If you have any other motive than Love or no motive at all, you have left the real of the Conscious with your spirituality and are thinking with your mind. The physical body is not capable of experiencing the concept of unconditional love (the only love there really is), therefore it makes up motives to do or not to do for one another. When you realize this, you will see that you are using the physical to control, manipulate, change, and even argue with the other. Jealousy, bitterness, hate and selfishness can occur. A good way to realize the physical of this coming on is irritability within oneself manifesting itself outwardly toward another, causing conflict. Love should be, and is, the only motivation.
Question 5: Where is my joy?
The physical body can experience happiness which is always short lived. Joy, on the other hand, is always there. Joy never leaves you. You leave joy every time you are in the physical. It is the same with love. Love is always there. It never leaves you. You leave or disconnect when you start thinking in the physical. When your joy is short-lived, then you will realize this is not joy. This is happiness. Usually when you realize that you are not walking in joy, it is because you have already gone out of the realm of love and you are in Question 4 (?) By this time, it would be good to make a checklist to unscramble and lay out the conflict you have within yourself so you can quickly move forward with God (Love) and condition your spirit. We all need buffing. Remembering that the physical body is always going to seek less than the spiritual body, the spiritual body will always seek out the grandest, depending on the conditioning of spiritual growth.
Question 6: Where are my expressions?
Expressions reflect moods. Moods express our state of mind (physical body) or our state of being (spiritual body). When I am in the state of being, I am being. There will be only one mood-great joy-which will, in turn, come through the physical body as feeling "at peace and oneness". You will give of your grandest self kindness and harmony, all expressions of unconditional love--finely tuned with your partner (no matter what mood your mate will be in). When your expressions, your moods, are from your state of mind, you will experience great conflict, short-lived happiness, ..........motives, sadness, anger and rage. The body can experience sickness-the feeling of nausea, yet you can also experience nausea in the state of being-great joy. So there are many moods that stem from the physical. If you have any mood besides joy (peace within), you have disconnected from your spirit. Reconnect immediately and condition the spirit. Remember, placing God first (love) in your life (seek the Kingdom of God) as a constant, never ending expression of love, will bring joy in all you express.
Question 7: Where is my communication?
How often do you communicate with God, your higher power? The greater the communication with your higher power, the greater the communication with your partner or relationship. Lack of communication stems from a lack of self. Lack of self stems from low self-esteem. The lower the self-esteem means the level of your spiritualness is not with God (higher power). Increase your communication with your higher power and your communication within your relationship will also increase. Always looking within oneself (being), judge not, no, not even oneself.
Question 8: Where is my rejoicing?
This can be a very complication question when one is out of "being" and is in the physical. For instance, rejoice not what you have for you have nothing. Therefore, rejoice having nothing and you will be the greater for it. My being acknowledges nothing materialistic in this world, not even the physical. If one being is all, it is the "is" and the "all". Rejoicing in being and giving thanks is constant. It removes you from the physical. The relationship is not what you should be rejoicing in: this would be physical, meaning it would not even exist in the being. To live a healthy, rejoicing life with another, you need nothing (no thing). The physical can not bring joy, love or truth, only the being. No other human can make you happy nor would you want to seek happiness, for this is short-lived. Seek again ‘the Kingdom of God" within you. There you will know love, truth and joy. You will not ever have a lack because, in being, you are totally self, centered, and there. A lack does not exist. Here you will know and experience balance, harmony, purity, bliss, oneness, joy, love, peace, truth, and freedom.
There is a checklist.
- The ego lies. It will lie on itself to save itself from its own lie.
- Truth (Being) will not lie. The truth will tell on itself which is being. It does not have any need, for it doesn't need to save itself from itself. Truth (Being) does not have choice-choice does not exist in the Truth because there is only Truth. When we have to make a choice on telling the truth, then we are disconnected with our Being and walking in the physical. Therefore we are establishing a relationship with our higher power. First is the beginning of establishing a relationship with oneself. Developing and conditioning the self to abide by one's being.
Instead of the physical (ego) being in charge, then
Being Love (God) or
It is 1) God (love) Physical
2) Being Being
3) Physical God
Having this conscious contact with your higher power (your being will condition the physical-ego) to develop the way to recognize the difference.
When we are in the physical-and we know not any different, this is all we know-when we are connected in our being we then become aware of the physical and soon can make a choice of a higher choice.
When we realize we have disconnected with our being and are in the physical, do not hold onto the guilt-shame, or punishment-that the ego would like to have us do. Feel it and immediately release it, sending us forward into our being Holding on to any of these feelings or emotions of the physical will keep us in the physical and will further hinder ourselves and everyone else-everyone! So, after releasing it, we make our amends to ourselves-our being (honoring our being-self) then amends to anyone else involved (honoring everyone else). When you realize that there is no need in the need of needing, you have reached the destination of oneness which is the sanity of reality. With this there are no illusions.
This will end the stages of judgment of all things. Do not seek to find judgment in others. You will not seek to find judgment in anyone.
Checklist of self:
Actually, when you find we need to do a checklist of one 's self, you have disconnected with your being. Do not judge yourself on this. Do not be hard on yourself. Being hard on yourself pushes you farther away from where you are to be, which is in the conscious. This is the whole reasoning to remember to be kind to yourself.
Actually, when we realize the checklist is need we are in awareness-part of the process of distinguishing the difference in being/ego (physical). The best way to reach the level of awareness is to do a checklist every day until it reaches the level of conscious and will not need to do the checklist because your consciousness is automatically doing it in constant.
To reach this level takes disciplining the ego, remembering always that it is the spirit (being) that owns the ego (the physical). We are using the (physical) body as transportation to our destination. The process of being kind to ourselves is very important. It is all about you-who you really are: love, truth, and joy.
Experiences:
All experiences are good ones. Considering what level of awareness you are on (conscious state of being), you will not take the experiences personally, yet look beyond each one as a lesson and giving thanks to the teacher (person sharing within the experience)...There is no bad experience only good...Remembering that we have already chosen our experience in advance-actually manifested it prior to making a list to set an example of consciousness and physical.
Let's say divorce: What good is there in divorce? Well, for beginners, we would not have divorce when one is in awareness. Both mates do not have to follow the conscious state of being to bring forth a loving relationship. Again, remember it is about loving, sharing a relationship with oneself first. Sharing or having a relationship with oneself is having, sharing a relationship with God. God is within you-you in God, which makes us one with God, saying we all are God. So loving oneself, honoring oneself, respecting oneself, having truth in oneself, rejoicing and giving thanks to oneself, etc., is how are you treating God, because God is you. When you are feeling less than, it is because you have a lack of-self love. The kinder and loving you are to yourself, the same is given to God, so the more you give to yourself, an abundance will be given to you-the same applies to other. How can we know love if we do not know love for ourselves? It all starts with oneself, the higher self, of course. You will remember the difference when giving out of love...great love for oneself and giving out of selfish love for oneself, which is self-seeking, gratifying, satisfying the ego, the flesh. There is a big difference.
So, back to divorce:
The physical (ego) will experience: Conscious Being
Lack of love, truth and joy
Resentment, pain, hatred, When one loves oneself,
Pity, sorrow, etc. there will not be any
Experience of the physical.
Conscious being will only seek harmony, to give the other its own journey to help it find itself. For in the conscious being you only know the soul, spirit, and love, nothing more. You will know not of pain or sadness, but as you walk through the physical you can experience this on a level of coming in and out of mind.
Follow the footsteps of love-all that is and only exists. One of the greatest expressions or definitions of love is in the old book in Corinthians, Chapter 13, verses 4-8: "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude. It is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in fear (evil) but rejoices with truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails."
Put the words "with itself" after each sentence and see how differently it takes root, for love is of itself, which is God. (example: Love is patient with itself, love is kind with itself, etc.) We are all love or this may be approached in a way that sounds great in value.
(God is patient) or (I am patient). (God is kind) or (I am kind). There is no getting around the power of love, the I AM, the "All" there "is" in God. For God is all that there is: in everyone of us, in all that we see, all that we hear, all that we feel and touch, all that we smell and taste. All is God, regardless of what level of conscious we are in or out of, God is all, everything, everyone, above, below, behind, beside, within, without, throughout and all round. You will not miss (?) and God being all, God being good, God being great, God being love-there is not a need to search. Just ask and you will receive.
Giving Thanks: For God has not ever left you-actually God is in you and surrounds us all, in all of our moments-it is we who leave the real, it I we who go to ego, over and over and over again...
One may ask: "How can I ever achieve such a great task?" "Remember that this is a process of remembering who you are...every experience has purpose. Rejoice in and out of all experiences, even when you see not the purpose ego has taken over-water not the ego-but the Christ self, Holy self, Higher self...the veil will be lifted with each and every experience when we choose to know-ask and you will receive."
Knowing oneself: It all starts with a desire, a desire greater than the ego will ever know...For the ego only desires to project and the past with self seeking motives and future wants for it physical self...The desire coming from the Higher self...when it awakens to know truth...this desire will consume the ego-overriding it like some form of alien offspring.
It will feel foreign-yet comfortable-and there is no stopping it...and when the desire (seed) is nourished it takes root (meaning once asked for truth) then it takes root. You will be thirsty for the truth and the physical body will actually consume a great deal of water!! Because the body will demand more water to drink...you will not have to search any longer. Just ask and the knowledge will be opened to you in form...Books...movies...teachers...manuals...dreams...visions...angels...guides...Christ...of course, God...spiritual advisors...etc....The Soul desires to awaken the mind...fear will no longer e your neighbor, for it you know that fear has only been an illusion-Illusions will be discussed later in this chapter.

Trust: We are not taught to trust ourselves so how can we begin to trust our Higher self?
Beginning to trust oneself is a process of learning of the lower self, ego self-once we have determined how ego works against the Higher self "Total opposition", we will become aware what Truth is and then apply Truth to new trust which builds the immediate pass over to "seeing is believing". Seeing through physical truth (trust) sight, passing over into the spiritual vision into believing. Trusting the Higher self because our physical sight we will become to realize after our spiritual vision that physical sight had no truth. But only through the awakening of the spiritual vision-which in turn we will come to believe that what we once saw in the physical was not real-our vision has truly been restored to us. This is where trust begins. We see the ego has kept the veil over our eyes. We will not know the difference of ego, trust, and spiritual trust until we experience the awakening or awareness to the other-choice is ours to make. It is not forced upon us-yet after the awareness, it will come to you and being hungry for the knowledge ask and "you will receive". There is not a need to trust others. This is an illusion the ego has made the cause of trusting others as an effect. If you need to trust others you are already in judgment of yourself. You have perceived there must be reason to trust the other setting the so-called stage for lack of (perfect love).
It is stated before there are no needs, no attachments.
Trust is with oneself. Everything begins and continues with oneself. Higher self, Christ self. When we begin to trust oneself we start a process of letting go of the garment we have been wrapped so tightly in. Letting the garment loosen ever so as we realize (remember) who we really are.
Fear itself has layers of garments one by one as the garments of fear are removed our vision with being clear and we will physically feel lighter as we see the world will change.
Fear: Truth:
There is only truth in truth. We have many different truths throughout out life span. In certain the only truth is the only truth you know at that given moment-when faced with a decision-when faced with any decision the "decision itself is being presented as anything but truth when a decision to choose is brought to the mind. Fear is a process that is learned only through behavior and this always gets in the way of truth because we do not realize that the fear is even present until the moment of awareness. So, everyone has his own truth until the awareness broadens the spectrum and we are actually moving away from the attention it attracts and onto the level that gives the senses (a natural ability we all carry with us of knowing the relationship of the two. There is no decision in making truth - for there is no judgment in truth. Looking outward until the universe will only bring (as is and judgment, fear, and illusion-everything, every waking moment (all moments are waking) we are unaware of it) is being. With one's self! We are with our bodies every waking moment! It all is within our one self that miracles occur. Higher self, Christ self, wholly self-we are all Self, one, I am my own neighbor-my own self be true.
To individualize-to say-we all have our own truth yet our own truth in Christ, in the Realm of the Divine is all the same-with this all judgment will cease-all fear will be of no more. All illusion will not exist and pure love will generate all there is-completeness. With one's self-God.
How does one reach this level?: One's own desire to know truth, love, and joy. This is a universal balance and when this is not in balance we are not in tune-and when we are not in tune-discord happens and we are ungrounded and susceptible to negative energy. And the negative energies are anything that has no truth!
Fear, anger, resentment, jealousy, worry, insincerity, shame, guilt, hate, suffering, depression, loneliness, etc. (Sickness, mental and physical). Example: We wake in the morning to an alarm clock that tart the day with something in the physical controlling our self-mind starts-raising how many thoughts. How many things do we do before we actually take the first acknowledgement of one's own self? Checkpoint (lesson for awareness of where one is by doing a daily check of how many moments throughout the day we actually are involved with only one's self.
W are to be in check, ion balance, in consent-motion. This is a truth with one's self. It is a process forgotten, yet is easily remembered after just a few daily checkpoints. We will actually be amazed how out of center we really are after just the first daily checkpoint.
Every situation, everyone, regardless of the matter (energy) is focused from the balance, and centered being of our wholeness within one's self.
"Society has taught us to forget and to take on the garments of the physical and we wear these garments in place of our true selves (garments: negative energies). These energies will be released through a process of remembering, applying, accepting what is truth and surrendering to one's own self-that is it.
It is much harder. It takes so much work wearing these garments w=that were not intended for us-when we are free from these and spurts of growth are natural and feel very uncomfortable at first because the ego gets out its finest garments for attack-do not be alarmed-being uncomfortable is a natural (true) process and will become very comfortable after a few experiences.
Sign of discomfort are:
- 1. disoriented
- 2. nausea
- 3. 5 senses are enlightened
- 4. blurred vision
- 5. vivid vision (color-enhanced)
- 6. irritability because it's new to the bodies old garment and the two cannot be together at once-so one will go-ever for an instant-just an instant-it will grow in length as we remember-disciplining the outer self with routine within one's true self.
*Very Important: To nurture the lower self with love, joy and truth. It is not an enemy-nor is it a punishment-If we find ourselves doing this we are not in our Higher self-ego has taken over and this is how you can tell-when we are not loving, nurturing and being true to our lower self. Because in the higher self-true self-this is all that exists-there is not fight or pull between the two-this level of awareness is no longer an awareness but a constant state of living being.
There are advancements. They occur on many different levels of awareness and to have one awareness after another will depend on one's commitment to one's self. There are no wrongs-there are no developmental "road blocks", no "special" treatment of one's self-to another-no of the self diagnoses of ego-is thinking that advancement of awareness, how quickly or how we get it takes place in one's mind.
For there is no specialness with anyone because we are all one and with being one the "special" (earth term) is all in one, the same. The same with love, truth and joy. Remembering that love is the center, then forgiveness of oneself-then truth of one's elf then joy its all instant-oneness-brought to gather among one' self. A "special love" is only an illusion based on the garments (negative energy) we wear. Go has love, one, complete, unchangeable-love-equal, centered oneness-love. There is no different love, illusions are illusions given with the garments we wear which gives us the illusion of "special love". We are hereto help ourselves. If we all helped ourselves, what would be? (describe) (remember)
(Judgment is blame already condemning of oneself. Blame is judgment without knowing one has already judged or condemned another within oneself.)
Descending oneself outward onto the greater or higher awareness is allowing oneself to be judgmentally free-free of the ego in passing judgments on others and of the ego self. Also, when the ego self is passing judgments on another-ego has already set judgment on itself, condemning itself and then passing blame of accepting blame...Vision (sight) through the eyes of the physical will be in judgment in constant with the past and the tomorrow. Yet vision (lifting of the veil) seeing while walking (waking) in the higher self sees no judgment not in anyone or itself. Why not walk in constant motion as Christ, seeing in the now and knowing of all is?
Experience is a vital operation to reach and all physical beings, allowing us to awaken from out of the dream we are experiencing to realize who we really are-Again, to "seek not" is not to know-yet "to seek" so you will experience and experience surely awakening as long as it is fully come forward into the light of forgiveness of oneself-thence allowing the garments to systematically remove from the illusion, dreams we are coming away from outwardly unto the true self.
To condemn myself is allowing myself to judge myself then automatically (ego) I have judged you...to not know-is to not know-or to know simply To know better does not exist.
Once awakened, the desire increasingly becomes vivid. Come into the light-the light of oneself-the oneself, Christ self, the all self of God.
The experience of experience is the beauty within-then the ego is no more than an illusion chosen by the lower self to be what it is...only then does the oneself (Higher self) (The only self there is) move outwardly remembering all of who the Higher self truthfully is...
The heavier the garments we wear the more prone to physical illness one will create allowing lower levels of energy to dance through the body. Yet, once fully aware of the created and chosen ego-the Higher self automatically shifts the physical illness as illusions and heals the body-this is one example how faith works.
Another example is when one body-with illusion of ego-is sick, yet desires to be healed-waking to state of consciousness yet not fully awake-believing that the healer who is Christ through God-will heal is an instant (earth term) the release of energy is made connection with itself own self, the oneself there is-Higher self and restores the sick body as its true self.
Wanting to be healed has no faith. Yet the desire to believe it is possible for one to be healed opens the channel of light to stream, dropping the eye and jut for that moment-instant-one is healed: "Faith as little as a mustard seed" is truly what it is. Believing without knowing who you really are-in a millisecond is faith greater (separate from the illusion of the ego).
To be just be (In meaning)-a seed takes root and is growing in constant into yet outwardly to the light becoming a tree. There is no thought system with this living tree just is...as this tree grows and matures it is no less than or more than the love that it is. It does not look around and say "I do not like it here on this side of the hill, I want to be on the other side with all the other trees>>." It stands in itself one place (oneself) forever. How long living with itself, true self. A tree. Yet what is this tree desired to be on the other side of the hill with the other trees? The tree automatically knows that the seedlings from itself will be blown through the breeze and fall open the earth and take root and grow to become a tree-the very same tree-though it will not take the exact form physically from the seed it came to be-it is still the same tree. Without thought, being just is-one-we are all one from the "same seed". We have taken different form in many experiences yet we are all love. Love is all there is.

Love vs. Fear
What is love: What is fear?
Unconditional not knowing
What is, just is not knowing produces anxiety, resentment, judgment,
Joy, truth, peace sorrow, pain, anger, hatred, pity, attack, bitterness,
Harmony, balance. Selfishness, shame, blame, illness, murder, deceit,
Knowing envy, hurtfulness, nightmares. (Illusions made from the
Ego to protect the ego-the ego thinks will protect from
Its own self) and from these stem more fear thousands
Upon thousands of fearful thought systems. Layers of
Garments of fear.
There is no beginning with the process of the Higher self (own self) because the higher self (Christ) is there (here with you). This body is again a vehicle of love itself and is under such attack (while awake) as long as we are living in the ego state of mind. Sicknesses of all illness are from the deep sleep that one has forgotten. All illness, disease of all forms will vanish as all will, the whole (we are all one) with being complete. Completeness is the complete within the complete with oneself. To emphasize kindness with the physical body is of great importance. The unconditional love with oneself knows of nothing the ego says or portrays what love is does-feel, or acts or reacts (the same). There is of no importance to have for love just is. Ego does not know this so as one will awaken in stages. Some will awaken in great awareness causing form of discomfort for the physical body: headaches, nausea, thirst, loss of appetite, burst of energy (we are energy), forgiving, actually forgetting, not remembering past experience-not harboring-holding onto anything.
We do not "live in a real world". So often expressed term used through and through. STOP-repeating what has been spoken of and start the ongoing process of turning into reality of who we really are and have always been...love does not fear, love does not fear, love does not fear...Love = Higher self: (ego) fear is lower self through the physical. Once the awakening begins, all past experiences, painful, fearful ones, grieving ones, will fall away. Enlightenment will follow in time with it and the heaviness will simply be no more.
When you start to feel (physical) lighter, only then will you realize the weight that has been carried on you...and as with every awakening, this will continue only because the body adapts quickly to the lightness at the same steady pace as the enlightenment. By the next one, the body has forgotten and so the exact same feeling will occur-this is a very loving experience and the body enjoys this as much with each enlightenment. It is pleasurable with this and it is a great reminder of just how easily we forget the heavy garments we wear and for what? To place where we really are with oneself (Higher self) again DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT condemn the ego for doing only gives into the illusion. Ego is there and has power. Ego is a false substitute for what is really real. It cannot be expressed enough to nurture this process lovingly and in comfort and kindness: Love "Cor. 13: 4-8" (Read) will not know to anything else, just to love. For love is love. Love, loves love. Itself!
Expressing experiences as one is awakening (we all have been will continue to, everyone.)
Judge no one.
Expressing the importance of experience, we (higher self awakens with each and every one). To judge one's experience is to judge our own self (thyself) and this is simply impossible because it does not exist tithing thy self. True self, love self, Christ self.
Insincerity is another expression of fear. Remember when something is fearful-embrace it. Say nothing. Yet embrace it until we remember-or come in full circle with our higher self. The experiences of the ego will be popping back and forth (past - future). We all will come in full circle and the experiences with ego will be no more. It has been expressed there are no bad experiences only good experiences. When we are in comparison with experience we are walking in ego.
Checkpoint:
TO share experiences with another is to fulfill one's experience with the other yet not to compare with it or anyone else-always giving in love, hope, strength, and awakening nothing more.
Walking in the perfect alignment with God (self will and God's will) is when the ego has actually become submissive to the power of God (our true self) and so the Holy Spirit and physical act on the exact same-this in itself is the nature of love (being aware of ego and neutralizing it with love) and acting in alignment with the Holy self.
Rejoice inwardly, outwardly along with all experiences for your experiences are your tools, your spiritual tools to enlightenment each and every one!!!
Please do not beat yourself up over any of them and when you do, acknowledge this and embrace, nurture, love it and release it immediately. Forgive, forgive, forgive yourself (ego). This is unconditional love.
Give your day back to God (Love, yourself) what has been given to you each day in love, the only love, true love, God!
We come with an opening and through this opening is the center of the soul itself. This is present at all moments and is untouched, unmoved, uncentered, regardless of who we are of what we are.
Describing the Soul is describing the essence-God. Can we reach or extend oneself to actually make full, complete contact with God? Yes, yes, yes.
How does one do it? The desire of oneself-surrendering oneself-mind, body, spirit, heart, and Soul to the Master within us all who subsides all around us, below us, above us, beside us throughout us all.
Love is all beauty-seeing beauty through all for all that there is, is Beauty, the beauty of love, and the fire within the love itself. Why would one desire to stay in fear-walk in illusions-and not know who love is? The ones who fear the most-pray for oneself-for praying for oneself is praying for another Higher self comes through you only as oneself will allow until you awaken so and it will become accustomed to take authority and the ego submit (becomes submissive).
*Using the eight questions will allow you to view oneself only-the ego will always want to see what it can get out of it. The Higher self will sincerely always desire to see what it can receive from it out of love, loving oneself, and give freely to another.
So many ways one can write how ego feels-rejected, left out, afraid of letting go, resuming where one left off. Yet, walking the distance in faith, expecting nothing, just no thing, knowing peace, letting joy take the place of these illusions one must feel in o5rder to know truth. Side by side they stand, ego and love and hold you close, just for the moment, and then gently let you go. Fear will be of no more thoughts of insecurity will fall to the floor only for a moment you could fact yourself for what you strive not to be-not even knowing you have never known anything. This, my ego, is what you are-an illusion of mirror's reflection from the illusion and becoming just what you are not.
The pain will cease and the nightmares stop, vanish, like the night owl in the dark. Beauty steps in and cradles you from afar. You seem to be lost, not knowing what you are. Setting you free how the ego cries to me-yes! They will help you, help you to surrender to Thee-love is what the ego fears the most. Because ego is always searching for acceptance, for it believe it is not. Streams of garments lay at its way-holding on to anything it can accumulate on its way.
Love is knowing-knowing no thing-just love, joy and truth-that the ego strives to become a false testament of love in every way, yet in the opposite.
TO know love is to know no-thing, just is. Yet how does one know love is there is only love? Through the experience of ego-once we have experienced the ego through all fear experiences only then will one (remember) know love-for the ego will try in every way to get through on fear.
So, when one realizes fear in an experience-bring ego (the fear) of the expe4ience-close, let love shed light on it-nurturing the fear-embrace it-let it go gently in peace, in truth, in joy-overcoming no-thing for love just is.
Seeing through the eyes of the Soul is seeing no-thing at all-love just is. There are no reminders-there is none needed, for love needs of no-thing. Again, love needs of no-thing. Again, love needs of no-thing. Love just is, love just is, love just is. You are the light, you are the .........., you are the why. Have you walked in the light today? Fall away, turn the illusions of this world and return, thy will know who I am-love. Can the Soul with the Soul itself-knowledge is achieved through asking and receiving in love-hold on to no-thing-let it go-love will know of no-thing-the illusion of the ego will try to stab itself with thoughts of love-but love itself thinks not love knows-it just knows.
Hold on to nothing-hold on to no-thing. See it for what it is and let it fall, vanish-into the air-it is not real and what is not real does not know love-it craves only the aspect of what love it ................in the mind. Stop. Stop. Stop.
See it for what it is-simply see it for what it is. An experience-out of love-for we all are love. Simply forgotten-simply forgotten, simply forgotten.
Oh ego, oh ego-they love pours out to you love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love. Love is not lonely-yet compassionate.
Love is not afraid-yet centered.
Love is not judging-yet letting go.
Love is not taught-for in love, lessons are not needed. Love has no beginning and has no end-love is not fear of being alone. Love stands, exists apart from all illusions we are in. Thy walketh with you always with all, every one, for thy is just as it is love.
Stretching far beyond the physical into the spirit, reaching thy Soul loving in constant motion regardless of ego's punishment of itself and others. Simply being, simply being, simply being. Silly as the ego seems, a child in adolescence not knowing its true identity, getting sleepy with reality and slowly falling asleep-not knowing anything. The moment the dreams appear thy stands still-always awake, waiting not, for Thy is always here---where have you gone? Not far away, just sleeping and playing with experiences, the ego sets in. Thy is still, in constant motion. Ego, ego, ego-has stuck itself with itself only to disillusion itself with itself.
Love embraces all, in gratitude, in harmony, in constant motion. Gently, ego will become submissive to love-gently, effortlessly, in constant motion, embrace the pain and let it go-to not know of it ever again.
Loosen the garments that cover thy body. Fall before thee-no-thing to be afraid of and with awakening gently-through experience-love will shed light upon the ego-this is a process of remembering who we are and so with the experience be centered with oneself. Come to the checklist: do not beat yourself up for doing so will mean you are in ego-yet again. By learning through experiences-lessons upon lessons, you will remember you are love-just by asking you will receive, just by asking you will receive, just by asking you will receive-receive what? The awakening of who you really are-there is only love-we do not receive love-for we are love-yet what we do receive is enlightenment-stepping stones surely do replace stumbling blocks. Stumbling blocks are blocks the oneself (lower self, ego) has simply put in front of itself, not realizing the journey in front of it is beautiful. The beauty is the love within it-not knowing that love jut is. Stop searching for the void-for the void does not exist. Stop searching for the missing pieces, for the pieces, there are none. Thy love is whole-we are love simply-ask "who am I"? and you will receive the awakening, the enlightenment, the experiences within themselves (move into the light and only then will reality be just as it is, love, love, love.) Love is far beyond what the physical could and will ever imagine. So please in love Thy say-search no more-it simply just is-embrace, embrace, embrace-release, release, release-love, love, love, love, love, love, love. An infant coming from the mother's womb-entering the atmosphere of the world as the ego's show. Yet the infant does not resist coming in love, the infant just is...The flame that carries the light shines brighter at birth than any other moment on earth's years-slowly going to sleep as the body ages. Suddenly, one's garment's produces another in turn produces another upon another upon another and so on and so on and on the eye continues until forgotten is love.
Experience-actually helps you to awaken, yet simply ask, "Who am I"? Feel the garments fall. Experience will at moments seem too difficult to experience-e-yet again, simply ask, "Who am I"? Love, love, love. The closest resemblance of love, of who I am is seen in the eyes of an infant-a young child, loving unconditionally-this is what you have been searching for-going on and on. Simply you do remember or you wouldn't search at all-simply forgotten-as a child is growing older, falling asleep into ego-then something aches at you-unsure you start your search. Simply looking toward everything-when there is no-thing to look toward. Remember, remember, remember who you are.
Childhood experiences are from many, the more painful, likely the stages of awakening come in deep stages-for searching, for knowing has been forgotten. No matter how painful, it is an illusion, simply ask, "Who am I"? Love, love, love.
Now this is known-the awareness of remembering will start to light up "yes, this is love, this is love-falling garments after garments-understanding the importance of oneself, Higher self, True self-love. Resign to the illusions of ego and begin the awakening of loving oneself-love, love, love.
Gather the children, gather the children, gather the children, gather the children, gather the children, gather the children within us all. Gather the children within us all.
Love-the essence of love is infinity-the divine presence of all in the one jar (planet). It is how a child is taught, gathered information into the database as one enters the world. How many lifetimes one enters into is oblivious to man. We are not born because we have always existed, yet coming into is the born state of human existence. We are love and this just is and to experience one another's love (spirit) continues while we are here experiencing the lessons of love-love is limitless, yet forgotten once a child is conditioned to the so desires of ego. Yet ego is helpless and would not exist without us-love. Ego cannot have experience without love. A newborn is in stillness in constant-in motion-love. It just is. A child's behavior and thoughts become a pattern embedded into the precious brain of these children-yet awareness is coming forth and the energy is attracting the great, Higher energies which is love.
Creating a consciousness that has been blocked through the lower energies of ego blindness. We are our children-you are the rebirth of the children and remembering the love you are and have always been will come through.
Kindness-the purity through Spirit with kindness and the mobility of its energy is limitless. Going forth into yourself with kindness, gentleness, and sweetness of love-is the love of itself. Hold onto nothing for it only exists in the moment-let it go-embrace the stillness, the completeness we are-experiencing love in the essence of love-loving ourselves-it is a given, the spirit is love, it teaches ego to love itself in and through experiences. Once an awareness of this awakened you will feel the essence of compassion, not guilt or attachment. Ego is always trying to conquer itself-hold onto truth and love, joy, and purpose.
Check yourself throughout your moments and be still yourself and feel-physically feel how your body is participating with your energy.
Is the flow tense? Release your thoughts in stillness-even in a moment, imagine your thoughts frozen in ice cubes-gently see them melting, the unjust melting all these tense thoughts away.
Feel how your boy eases. Feel the tension (garments) dripping off of your body and going down the drain or evaporating.
Is the flow of energy feeling attacked? Remember when you are feeling attacked you have already attacked someone else and yourself. Placing yourself-oneself, in a conscious state of calmness again feel physically your body and the level of negative energy and start with the toenails and feel the essence of them, then toes and the significance of them, and then feet-heels, and ankles, and then imagine all the weight and miles these feet have walked you and carried you, literally! Begin to thank them and talk to them and give love to them and appreciation. Feel the tingling sensation run through the toes and feet. Do this with the rest of the body. You can also start with the flow of the blood that is distributed throughout the body; feel with each heart beat the gratitude and love that is going continuously through the body. Stay in contact with the essence of how one starts to relax and release the attack, resentment, judgment. By again embracing it, nurture it, and immediately let it go. One can imagine the release of it by physically blowing it out of the body, allowing the conscious contact to become centered in present.
The more we (oneself continues throughout one's day to focus merely on words as kindness, gentleness, love, peace, joy-bliss (all positive energy words in one), gratitude, etc. The more focused one is with oneself-the highest self-Christ self, walking, living in Spirit. Awake is effortless in spirit for spirit is in constant-spirit in body-yet body not aware of spirit will be an effort regardless of experience. This is where frustration, anger, loss of temper, feelings of attack, less than, fear, drugs, judgment, etc., play. These are like a really dark stain-once aware of how to remove these stains occur-one will choose to wear clean garments of compassion, light, bright colors (clothes), love, freedom, peace, serenity. Attachments fall away and you will feel physically cleaned. because spirit has been made aware of. We are here to give, give, give, encouragement to oneself, nurture of oneself, care of oneself, love of oneself, and automatically we will give to others regardless of the others' state of consciousness. I am an example of oneself. I am an example of how I (ego) treat myself; this is how one will treat another.
Who am I? God
The definition of God- love. What is love? An act of kindness, giving and receiving, compassion, empathy, a smile, joy, peace, birds singing, a tree planted, a flower, children, moms, dads, brothers, sisters, etc. Hugs.
If there are any motives on doing anything, then we are running on self will...God had no motive. God just is.
An act of kindness is just what is, but an act of kindness for selfish reasons, even to feel good about oneself (ego) is a motive-spirit does acts of kindness because spirit is kindness without thought behind it-when spirit gives. This is its natural being. It doesn't react the body does and this is how we can work together, becoming finely tuned with each other-whole.
We have spoken about the importance of experiences in and out of relationship with and through others. Each experience is a going in-going through to the other side-meaning "going through lesson" and we will continue to stay in the going-just going process over and over until the lesson(s) are made or we become aware of what the lesson is...Remember there is not one lesson ever that has been presented or been taken that has any "bad" in it-we may feel we get a "short-ended stick" and when feeling this, we will go into lesson again until se "see the light." Like a child that is being old over and over to pick up its or her toys. The child either does or doesn't have the same result not picking up the toys (disciplined) and being told over and over until finally the child decides to pick them up. The result the child sees is either her or she got it or didn't, and the reward for doing so...
We are rewarded throughout our lessons, we may get tired of picking up our toys or having someone else tell us so-but we will continue to do so either or until we see the enjoyment of the lesson-yes, some lessons may appear to be intolerable, painful, and unjustified-and in ego, this is just what they are-yet to spirit it is the opposite and it just is what it is, nothing more. Because spirit is in the action of the reward and the reward is lifting of the veil-lesson by lesson, course by course, lifetime by lifetime (earth time). We say "Life's moment". The only way to know reality is to walk in illusions. This is again part of the awakening process to remember who we are-purpose and just be in experience.
Please do not be hard on yourselves. When we realize we are walking disconnected, just reconnect-some of us may ask how it seems at moments it's just not coming. This is when we're in deep lesson with ourselves. Ego is in the delusional state of mind because in moments as these, spirit, Christ self, the almighty God is carrying you. Read "Footprints in the Sand." God channeled that one.
Ego is terrified about being alone. Ego will cry out to God only for the sure satisfaction of relieving its own pain. Spirit knows of not suffering pain-yet symbolizes the frequency of the body that being encased. Sends sparks of energy to soothe and comfort he boy, no way the ego can. The way to know the difference is when ego has confuted ego, it is very short lived-quick relief a feeling of instant gratification-adrenaline effect.
Spirit doesn't do this-spirit is graceful. Remember love the essence is like the flame within the flame itself-always present-yet it doesn't rush in. Spirit is flowing and it feels physically like either a goose bump up the spine to the top of the crown slowly warming up. This is confirmation or we will feel peace start to come over us gracefully--feeling lighter, our breath slows and or heart rate will drop some-and our surroundings will become awake for we are brought lovingly into the moment.
We are all spirit-this is so important to remember, even the ones of us who haven't awakened yet-the ones who still believe they are their bodies. Yes, they are spirit too and they are being carried even more so like the "footprints in the sand", because they know not what they do. This brings us into judgment. Love has only one whole: God - love. The same whole and there is no judgment, it is illusion.
Dear children, getting beyond judgment frees us of 68% of ego. The other 22% is simply not knowing. What makes up the 68% of ego is #1 fear, and when we do not know, fear takes over producing judgment, resentment, hatred, self pity (..... of judgment). We can make a page after page list of fears. (remember, garments, layers). Love on the other hand is simply, again "knowing". So how do we free up the not knowing? By the "desires of our heart". Listening to "that voice" and when in lesson, remember we all have a grander choice or just a choice, what choice is that? The choice of either positive or negative. Saying to oneself, "What can we, in a positive way, get from this lesson or simply what can we get out of this lesson in a negative way? When we are seeing and feeling negative we get negative. Simply look for the positive, regardless of how one is feeling negatively. Slowly one will see the light through all the negativity. Again, not one experience has not been a positive one. We only have yet to see the light in the experience itself.
It is all about the growth with Christ, with love-simply remembering who we are, not what we are. Because what we think we are, we are not. And who we really are is what we know we are not. Ego. When in lesson, ego asks, what can I get out of this or why did this happen to me?
Spirit asks: Who am I? Nothing more. Simply, Who am I?
Embrace all lessons with love, when there is pure darkness and nothing seems to comfort, ease, protect or go away-simply ask out loud (This is important to ask aloud) 1) Who am I? Then follow the 2) counting to 12, 3) then breath in and out 12 times, 4) then count 12 things in front or around your surroundings, 5) then count backwards from 12 to 1, 6) breath in and out to 12, 7) ask: Who am I?, 8) what were the 12 things you counted in your surroundings? (fingers, toes, trees, grass, pictures, etc.), 9) count your surroundings again to 12, 10) breath in and out 12 times, 11) count to 12, 12), Ask, Who am I? One's "feel" will feel grounded, and a sense of direction will have occurred. We will be aware and away from lesson in the moment-this is truth in reality. Peacefully as ease-aware of who one is-just is. Nothing else is present in that moment, then just like pop-up ads come up on an internet screen, so will our thoughts of lesson. Yet one will be in a "sound frame of mind", at ease.
Teach the children young and the grown the children within us all. This is where we are, this is the Kingdom of God-the essence within fear will leave-and love will be remembered, just as we always have been-always will be and always is. Teach the children. The children teach, in turn they will teach us when we return again and again.
Spirit: When we say we are in a fast warp speed of remembering, we sincerely mean it and the awakening is very confusing and upsetting to ego. In turn, the body suffers unnecessarily, yet we are not teaching and fully using all of our conscious tools effectively. The children that are being born today and the teenagers that are here already-you will see drugs, alcohol, and other uses of false sense of spirit (connection) on the rise. Simply because these children are born in a Higher level of energy and spirit is awake, yet the body doesn't know what to do and the mind can't figure it out. SO one would say spirit is advancing yet we need in love to fast forward our own awakening and help the children gather the children, gather the children.
Also, sexual abuse is on the rise. It is an epidemic! Dear children, please awaken. Children are both with their veils almost completely off. Spirit is strong-full of the essence. It is love. When one has a heavy veil and is in present with a child such as this, it is mistaken as one feels lack of (spirit) (disconnected) confuses itself (ego) being sexual when in reality what the "other" is really experiencing is feeling what one is missing (disconnected) love. Simply forgotten, simply forgotten. It is imperative, teach, teach, teach, and speak the truth of who we are.... No one ever needs to suffer. No child, no teenager, no grown-up, no elderly and no child within. When we stop the illusion of punishment and judgment of ego, lack of self, less than self-simply asleep. We all are trying to wake up in every experience-we are desperately desiring to open to our conscious state of being. Love. We are God, each and every one of us-a whole to Holy. We are God.
Mothers, your birthing of the children requires spirit awakened to help these children when entering this world-connection, connection, connection.
Again, an infant enters into the world as leaving the world instantly an infant starts collecting information on the surroundings it is in. Having someone present who is in conscious state of being is strongly, in love express-not to be taken lightly. Enlightened beings, enlightened beings. We are in the process of gathering the children. So many are awakened without the teachings of their conscious tools, being in lesson, highly sensitive and reaching outwardly to feed ego-instead of remembering spirit-in turn creating the illusion, false spiritual foundation through negative energies. (Drugs, sex, alcohol abuse, etc.) Parents medicating their children and themselves simply because they do not know (remember). Oh my children, cradle yourselves (Higher self) (God self), (Christ self), oneself. Love, love, love, love, love.
Spirit just it-love when the essence of within is forgotten. We will reach outward and search endlessly-getting the same results of lack of fulfillment, void inside, "a missing piece of the puzzle", left out, not fitting in, not feeling "good enough". All of the unknowing and aching to remember who we really are. We saw this in pure essence. Love itself. When oneself (Higher self) is awakened and starts to journey the conscious state of being-so truly one will start to help and focus on oneself and nurture, embrace, and love and release ego (lower self)...just helping of oneself, true self; you have just awakened-lifted the veil ever slightly to all you may come in contact with even in passing throughout your life's moments.
So we say "What would God like to do today?" Setting your stage, using the conscious tools and letting it go, letting it just be in the moment.
Children, spirit, essence: To be a child is to be the essence, the Kingdom of God itself. Born into the world, we as children are empty. Simply empty. Empty of all ego-all fear, all garments of the world.
Yet we are whole, Holy, we are spirit, alive. Slowly being set aside while ego does its dance, going into motion-lesson, lessons, lessons. Forgotten is spirit, yet here with us, writing not, just is in the constant now, having experience, after experience with ego-while ego is unaware of spirit.
Children we are to be (as Christ says). The minds of children are alive with spirit-trust-children just do-this is spirit-love-children just do-this is spirit-we are children are not yet conditioned to this world-this ego-spirit comes into this world fully awake, slowly we teach our children to fear, to forget, we wrap them tightly with the garments of the world and silently spirit observes-ego seems to take over, as we mature there is something no one stops within us. A missing piece of the puzzle? A void? A lack of? We search and pondered (discussed earlier).
There are no missing pieces. It's spirit-and what was empty and whole as a child is now full and separated and when one feels empty, one feels uncomfortable-uncomfortable to the comfortable one knew as a child. Empty is not lonely-it is completeness. We have been so used to the garments of the world for so long that when we start to feel the garments fall we freeze. We feel "void" or uncomfortable-we say allow the process of nurturing. Embrace it, feel it, release it in love.
Return to the essence within.
